The goal of career coaching is to help you achieve economic and personal independence, self-sufficiency, and a job with career potential.
New Avenues' Social Enterprise program provides paid internship opportunities in the areas of retail, food service and graphic design. Internships in a variety of fields are available through community and business partners.
Training & Certification
PAVE can connect you with free career training programs in healthcare, manufacturing, tech and construction, and can support you with fees for certification such as:
Food Handlers License
PAVE Career Coaches are able to provide support services for up to three years to assist you in getting your career started.
Support services may include:

Access to PAVE Career Clothing Closet
FREE GED program and support
School books and fees
Career Coaching is offered in both our downtown location and our Youth Opportunities Center
